It seems like you're having some trouble with English.  What's your first language?  We may have someone in the guild who can interpret for you.

Please stop posting.  You don't seem to have any idea why your apps are being denied.  Just because you wrote more verbosely and apologized for your clearly-absurd mistakes doesn't mean our response to your application will be different.  The word processor you used is completely irrelevant to your application.  Have you ever seen the "Preview" button?  Also, your attention to detail is extremely lacking.  Did you notice that you let Word auto-correct "respec" to "respect"?  Give us a break.

You weren't denied just because of the tidiness of your application.  There are other major issues with your understanding of reality which cause your apps to be denied.

It seems like you're very enthusiastic and friendly, but being a "nice person" doesn't get you accepted into good guilds.

I don't know what else to say that hasn't already been said by Messiah to make you understand.

Oh gosh, now it looks like the video that should be the picture of my UI is a random video from three years ago.  I can't wait to see the feedback on that one...

Character Name:   Hunterxd
     Class:   Hunter
     Realm:   Lightning’s Blade
Primary Spec:  My primary spec would be Marksmanship, with a Survivalist off-spec.
Are you willing to respec?   I am willing to respect, should the guild deem it necessary.  I understand      and am able to play a Survivalist spec.
Please provide a working link to your character via armory: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Lightning%27s+Blade&cn=Hunterxd

(Before you note the possibly unorganization of this, please read the last paragraph and it will explain)

List your professions:   My two professions are 450 Jewelcrafting along with a 450 skill in Mining.
Do you have 450 First Aid skill?  Yes, I do.
Do you have your epic flying mount?  Yes, I do.

Are you able to use Ventrilo?  Yes, I am able to use Ventrilo, along with the Skype program.
Do you have a working mic? Yes, I have a working microphone.

How old are you? I am currently the age of 17, turning 18 in the beginning of January, which places me as  a senior in high school.
List your previous guilds and describe your reasons for leaving:   In my past two years of World of Warcraft playing, I have only encountered four guilds that I actively partook in.

The first was a leveling guild, in which I am not able to recall the name.  After a large amount of drama broke out, along with the guild leader leaving, I decided it was best to leave the guild, rather than take sides and become part of the problem. The second guild was an Alliance guild called Inner Core.  This guild is very well known on the Lightning’s Blade Alliance side for its sheer, large numbers of players along with decent raiding abilities.  However, I left Inner Core in order to partake the Horde side of Lightning’s Blade.  In doing so, I faction transferred my paladin and hunter over to the Horde faction.  In doing so, I joined the guild called The First Responders.
The First Responders was a stable, calm raiding guild that had its ups and downs.  Some weeks were phenomenal for raiding, in which the guild progressed to newer bosses in ten man heroics or twenty five man regular.  However, I found that the leading officer and raid coordinator of the guild, whose name I will not mention, was not filling his position in a way that benefited anyone but himself.  He was selfish, and had multiple discrepancies in his real life, which affected his attitude in vent, thus causing a problem in raids.  I saw it fit to raid without a guild for the next couple weeks.  Soon enough, I was offered a private invitation on my paladin to join Paintrain.
Paintrain, at first, gave me great hope in the possibilities that could come from raiding with them.  The first raid night, using 20 brand new recruits to the guild and my hunter instead of paladin, the raid leader organized the raid in such a way of coordination that the under geared group  went on to down Plague Wing, along with the Blood Princes.  For most of the players in the raid, this opened a new level of high – end content they had not experienced before.  However, for the next three weeks, about fifteen players, including me, showed up to raids, thus shattering my faith in the guild.  In order to hopefully join a more “high end” guild, I announced my departure and left Paintrain.

Describe your previous WoW raid experience. Be specific:   I did not raid in the World of Warcraft until the expansion the Wrath of the Lich King was launched.  During the Burning Crusade expansion, I took part in leveling to 68, and then decided to quit playing World of Warcraft.  When the Wrath of the Lich King expansion came out, my neighbor wanted to take part in the new content with me.  In order to get me to play the game again, he had to agree to aid my leveling of a new character on a brand new account.  With his help, I leveled my first character, my paladin, to eighty.  The next year I leveled my hunter to 80.  I generally played throughout the entire expansion, but with a few months of breaking here and there.  I took part in downing Naxxaramus 10 and 25 man, The Secrets of Ulduar 10 man(with and without hard modes), The Trial of the Crusader 10 and 25 man(with 10 man heroic), along with the majority of regular fights in Icecrown Citadel(with some hard modes in 10 and 25 man).
Describe your previous MMO experience:   I never took part in Massive Multiplayer Online games until five years ago, in which I tried Starcraft and Runescape.  Starcraft did not spark much interest in me because I am not very knowledgeable in leading an entire army.  Runescape was better for me because I controlled one player in special ways I could not with the armies of Starcraft.  For example, there were multitudes of skills to level on my character in Runescape.  However, I began playing the World of Warcraft three years ago during the Burning Crusade, after being swayed by a youtube video of “Runescape vs Wow.” (

Describe your typical weekly playtime:   I am typically on during later hours in the day such as around eight p.m. server time until as late as one a.m.  This is due to school hours.  I do not have specific times I play during the weekend, but usually around the same time.
We are on a US East server. Where (generally speaking) are you? I currently reside in Northern New Jersey.

Why are you interested in Aftermath?  There is no specific reason why I am interested in Aftermath.  I am just looking for a more, high end raiding guild.  Aftermath is above the level I am looking for, as I do not see myself seeing end game content of the Wrath of the Lich King expansion until Cataclysm.
Why should Aftermath recruit you?  As I have expressed in my past posts, I am not a super exceptional hunter that will be placing a consistent damage per second of 15k and beyond, however, I am fully “educated” in heroic modes of the Icecrown Citadel raid.  I also have experience on six of the heroic 25 man bosses, but I have only been a part of the kills of two of those bosses.  The first is the heroic version of Lord Marrowgar and the infamous heroic version known as “Lootship.”  When I resided in the guild Paintrain, we were able to get Rotface down to 5% health, along with 12% on Blood Queen, both being heroic modes.  Obviously I do not have many heroic 25 man kills, but I have certainly experienced them, along with all the wipes they have brought onto my repair bills.    I am not the best geared, but I know what I am doing and I could contribute to the guild of Aftermath by giving them a reliable back – up hunter who knows what he is doing and will not mess up(hopefully, as Aftermath has addressed, we are all human),
Where did you hear about us?:   I heard about you on trade chat minutes after I had my paid faction transfer on my hunter.  At the time, I was not the level of raiding capability as I am now, so I just thought of Aftermath as a decent guild who is able to handle themselves where other guilds fail for stupid reasons.  For example, Aftermath knows how to get away from Malleable Goo’s.  Over a few months, I came to gain the knowledge that Aftermath is a stronger raiding guild than most, which is generally why I wish to join; in order to get away from the infamous pug groups that cannot handle the regular version of Rotface and Festergut.
Can you offer Aftermath any special skill:   Unfortunately, I am not very skilled in the art of Web designing or creativity for that matter.

Are you able to take constructive criticism?  Yes, I can take constructive criticism, so long as it is appropriate and mature.  I do not take kindly to someone screaming at me over vent, being completely honest.  However, should I be doing something wrong and it is addressed in a mature fashion by another player, I would do whatever I can to fix my mistake.
Please include a screenshot of your raiding UI:   I do not personally know how to do that, however I will attempt to make up for it by describing my rotation and such.  My rotation consists of a Serpent Sting shot right off the beginning of the fight after I place a Hunter’s Mark on a boss.  I personally choose to immediately using Chimera Shot, since it will cause the highest single shot before 20% health is left on a boss.  The rest of my rotation consists of a mixture of Arcane Shots, Aimed Shots, and Steady Shots, along with a Silencing Shot for extra damage, should it not be needed for interrupts.  I do this because Silencing Shot does not share the Global Cooldown that all other shots do.  As for programs I run along with wow, they consist of Deadly Boss Mods, Recount, and possibly omen, depending on the group and if I am doing the heroic version of Lady Deathwhisper.
Please include any damage/healing meters and/or WWS reports if available:  I do not have any sense of recollection on how to do this.  Should a damage per second test be required, I would be glad to compete on a test dummy in Orgrimmar, a random, or even a raid.  Whichever seems most fit to show I can pull over 10k damage per second on a boss fight.

Do you have any references in Aftermath?  I do not personally have any references in Aftermath.
Who else can we contact if we need to research you?  Should you so choose to do so, even though they may not be too happy with me leaving the guild Paintrain, a priest named Vaderbear had full knowledge of my type of raiding.  That means having flasks, FINALLY being correctly enchanted and gemmed, having money for repairs, and being to raids fifteen minutes early to prove I am ready to go.  Vaderbear also has seem me dps and heal boss fights in Icecrown Citadel, in which I am sure she would be able to recall my raiding abilities.

Do you have any additional comments?   I do not have much else to say.  I understand I have put in applications in the past for their character.  However, after having Messiaah comment on my past application, I personally got annoyed and angry.   After a day of believing Aftermath players are somewhat of jerks, I did realize that if I was bringing someone into my raids, I would expect the same level of play out of them.  This does include being raid ready, which can also define enchants, gems, and other aspects of a players gear.  Therefor, I decided to correct my wrongdoings and I purchased full enchants, along with enough Relics of Ulduar to gain my exalted reputation with the Sons of Hodir in order to replace my pvp shoulder enchantment.  Unfortunately, I am still working on getting rep from quests at the Shadow Vault and the tabard of The Knights of the Ebon Blade.  Along with proper enchants, I did replace the blue gem I had on my 245 pants.  Even though the pants are level 245 gear, they should be properly gemmed so I do not look poor and reflect that I am serious about raiding and my gear.  I am not personally a very rich player, but I always have enough gold laying around to be able to enchant new gear as it comes, along with properly gem it with an epic gem cut.
Lastly, I want to apologize to the recruiters of Aftermath for not putting the full effort into my past applications as I have with this one.  I hope that this application will reconcile past ones.  Should Aftermath choose to accept me into their guild, fantastic.  I am not looking for a guild to hand out gear to me, I am just looking for have some fun raiding and see some new content.  Should Aftermath decide that I am still not meeting the level of expectation from them, then I wish the best of luck to Aftermath and all its players and I hope to be competing over the new content of Cataclysm.  >=)

(P.S. – I wrote this application using the newer version of Microsoft Word ran through Windows 7.  Seeing how I am not accustomed to using this newer version yet, I apologize if it does not copy and paste in an orderly fashion and I would be more than happy to e-mail it so the organization can properly be addressed.  Thank you.)

how could you tell messiah cus it looks like he turned off his curser in fraps?

Bottom right hand side of his screen, the tooltip pops up, and it just so happens the tooltips that are popping up are exactly the shots he's using.

Another way is to see the way he travels from his Chimera Shot (5) to Aimed shot (2) etc etc. You can see the trail of skills highlighting as his cursor travels side to side.
