With heroic Dragon Soul down to about 2 hour clears each week, we are looking to recruit players who want a chance to show that they deserve to be in a top 50 U.S. guild. 

We want that player who wants nothing more than to see the next hard mode boss downed so the guild can progress to the next one.  We want players who are in it for the kills, not loot or rankings.  We want the type of people who can think for themselves, brainstorm on how to improve the raid/strategy, and understand what everyone's job is during the fight.
